We are currently looking for dedicated Support Workers who love what they do and passionate in supporting clients to achieve their goals on a casual basis. You will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients to participate in activities of their choice and provide assistance towards achieving desired goals and outcomes.
You will be required to;
- Be flexible to work various shift times
- Experienced in supporting people living with a disability
- Have experience in implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Enjoy their work, operate as a team and advocate for people living with a disability.
- Ability to use phone app and input shift notes
- Other requirements:
- Certificate III (or higher) in Disability or similar or work experience
- Working or desire to work in a disability community setting
- Evidence of full Working Rights within Australia
- Current (within 6 months) National Police Clearance
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current full WA Drivers Licence
- A registered, road worthy reliable insured car with comphrehensive Insurance
- A mobile phone
- First Aid / CPR Certificate
